Komunikasi lintas budaya adalah elemen krusial dalam interaksi global, namun sering dihambat oleh perbedaan norma, kepercayaan, dan bahasa. Studi ini menyoroti bagaimana variasi dalam istilah sapaan, sarkasme, dan norma tabu dapat memengaruhi persepsi dan efektivitas komunikasi profesional, serta menimbulkan kecemasan. Di sisi lain, strategi pembelajaran eksperiensial seperti perjalanan lapangan dan simulasi, bersama pemanfaatan media sosial, terbukti efektif meningkatkan kompetensi lintas budaya dan mengurangi ketidaknyamanan komunikasi. Integrasi pendekatan ini mendorong pembentukan identitas profesional yang lebih adaptif dan empatik, yang esensial untuk kesuksesan dalam lingkungan global yang terhubung.
