Analisis Biaya Dan Manfaat Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Di Perusahaan Logistik

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) di perusahaan logistik dengan fokus pada analisis biaya dan manfaat. Menggunakan metode studi kasus pada sebuah perusahaan logistik besar di Indonesia, penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak finansial dan operasional dari penerapan SIM selama periode tiga tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen perusahaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun biaya awal implementasi SIM cukup besar, manfaat jangka panjang yang diperoleh, seperti peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pengurangan biaya, dan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan, secara signifikan melebihi investasi awal. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan logistik lain yang mempertimbangkan implementasi SIM, serta berkontribusi pada literatur manajemen teknologi informasi dalam konteks industri logistik.
